Please read our terms and conditions carefully as they apply to any goods purchased by you from the MS Society Online Shop.
These terms and conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
We will regularly review and update these terms and conditions at our discretion, so please ensure you keep up to date with them intermittently, or any time you purchase goods from our Online Shop.
It may be possible to place an order from the Online Shop over the telephone. If you do place an order over the telephone, these terms and conditions will apply to your order.

Our website is hosted by a third party, Pureprint Group who provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. We also use a third party, E. Christian & Co Limited (company number 00463298), to provide call centre, and pick, pack and dispatch services. Please note that any tracking information for your order may list the sender as E. Christian & Co Limited. Please see the Delivery & Returns section for information on delivery.

2.1. We may change the format and content of the website from time to time. You should refresh your browser each time you visit the website to ensure that you access the most up to date version of the website.
2.2. Please note that we may change these Terms at any time without prior consultation, in which case the amended Terms will be posted on this website. The amended Terms will apply from the date we post them on the website. Any orders that we have already accepted from you before the new Terms are posted will continue to be subject to the Terms in force when your order was accepted. Please check these Terms on each occasion you use the website. If you continue to use our website you will be bound by the latest Terms.

5. Ordering Products
Please see the Delivery & Returns section for information on delivery & returns.
5.1. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
5.3. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have accepted your order. This means that if a product is shown on the website but becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or if we are unable to arrange delivery to your country or region, we will have no legal obligation to sell you that product.
5.4. Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you an acknowledgement via email. This email is issued automatically and does not mean that your order has been accepted.
5.5. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will occur at the point at which we dispatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not dispatched to you do not form part of that contract.
5.6. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
5.7. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain why, and we will re-credit your credit or debit card with the full amount of any sums debited in respect of any part of the order we have not accepted.
5.8. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
5.9. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct from this website, so please print out these Terms and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
6. Specifications
6.1. All sizes and dimensions of products as indicated on this website are approximate but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
6.2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the images that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
7. Price and Payment
7.1. Prices of products listed on our website are inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Delivery charges are quoted separately and the amount of delivery charge payable will be shown as part of the order form before you complete your order.
7.2. Details of acceptable credit cards that you may use for payment are available on the Online Shop and at checkout. You must be 18 or over to place an order with us.
7.3. We reserve the right to change prices listed without giving prior notice.
7.4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, except in instances in which an error has occurred in displaying the price. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
7.5. The MS Society use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal information and online shopping is secure. For further information on privacy and security please see our privacy notice. If you use your credit or debit card to buy something from our Online Shop, we will ensure that this is done securely and in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your credit card company may also use security checks to confirm that it is you making the payment.
7.6. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details, and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment including payment in respect of any donations.
7.7. We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is placed.
8. Delivery and Availability
8.1. We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. If you do not receive your goods within the time quoted, please contact customer services on 0300 500 8084 and select option 4 (phone lines will be open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday). If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days we will notify you of the reason for the delay and you may cancel your order and we will provide you with a refund for the products not delivered. The MS Society will have no other liability to you in the event of delay in delivery.
8.2. Deliveries of orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner E. Christian & Co Limited (company number 00463298). Depending on the size, weight and destination of your order your items will be delivered by either Royal Mail or courier (DPD). Express and Next Day Delivery is not available. Please note that any tracking information on your parcel may list the sender as E. Christian & Co Limited.
8.3. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. You will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
8.4. If we are unable to deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products for up to 30 days.
8.5. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk (even though you may still be entitled to cancel the order under these terms) and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
9. Cancellations and Returns
9.1. Orders may be cancelled and products returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1. The products which are sold via this website have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product provided via or referred to in this website is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside the United Kingdom or are otherwise suitable for use outside of the United Kingdom. You may not access this website from countries where their contents are illegal or unlawful. If you do access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
10.2. We may make changes to the material on our website, or to the products and prices described in them, at any time without notice.
10.3. We shall take reasonable care to ensure that all orders, donations and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. However, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed and as we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, except where the RNLI have acted negligently, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide.

We do not warrant that the functions contained in this website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represent full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials. We will not be liable for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system or any other damages (including amongst other losses, loss of profit or loss of use) arising out of your use or delay or inability to use the site, its content or any link to another website arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in this disclaimer applies to any products which you purchase from the website.
10.5. We do not limit in any way our liability by law for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.6. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:-
10.6.1. Loss or damage was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed;
10.6.2. Loss or damage was not caused by any breach by us, our employees or agents; or
10.6.3. Any consequential loss where the loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure).
11. Events Beyond our Control
11.1. We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivering your order or breach of our obligations, if the delay or breach is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, strikes, malicious damage, floods, drought, fire, flood, legislation, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Law, Courts and Language
12.1. These Terms, use of this website and the supply of products by us are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms, use of this website or in relation to the supply of any products by us the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. These Terms and this website are provided in the English language only.
